After a New York judge ruled against President Donald Trump and his company, the Trump Organization, Eric Trump called out the motives and destroyed the credibility of Letitia James.

The ruling was delivered on Tuesday and is a main component of New York Attorney General Letitia James’ lawsuit against President Trump, per the New York Post.

Eric Trump posted to X about the case noting, “Today, I lost all faith in the New York legal system.”

“Never before have I seen such hatred toward one person by a judge – a coordinated effort with the Attorney General to destroy a man’s life, company and accomplishments,” he continued.

Eric Trump concluded, “We have run an exceptional company – never missing a loan payment, making banks hundreds of millions of dollars, developing some of the most iconic assets in the world. Yet today, the persecution of our family continues…”

The continued legal charges brought against President Trump have been questioned based on the political affiliations of those prosecuting him, some of whom claimed that he was an “illegitimate president” after latching on to the now-debunked Russian Collusion hoax.

Eric Trump reminded Americans that New York Attorney General Letitia James not only declared President Trump “illegitimate” on multiple occasions in public, but she also boasted about going after him, displaying a personal vendetta that is now affecting her professional decisions.

He posted a video of James making these statements and running on a platform to attack President Trump stating, “We’re gonna be a real pain in the ass.”

The double standards within the justice system are being displayed throughout these cases as individuals who decried the results of the 2016 election have faced no repercussions even though the Durham report revealed that the Russian Collusion hoax was a political attack orchestrated to undermine President Trump during his first term in office, per RSBN.

Eric Trump asked Americans, “Does this feel like a fair application of the law?”
