President Donald Trump’s campaign has raised a jaw-dropping $200 million, according to the president’s son, Eric Trump, who revealed the staggering number to Maria Bartiromo on Fox News over the weekend.

He revealed that he had spoken to his wife, RNC Co-Chair Lara Trump, about how much money the campaign had raised. “I asked my wife, what are we up to now?” Eric Trump explained. “And she said, just in terms of small dollar, we’re well over $70 million.”

He explained that when “large dollar donations” were added to the total, the number was $200 million.

The president’s son continued, “30 percent of those people have never been seen before by a political party, right? I mean, these are Americans who are pissed off, they’re coming out of the woodwork, and they want to support the guy who they just believe is being bamboozled by a system.”

Last week, President Trump was convicted on 34 felony counts related to reimbursement payments and alleged falsification of business records. The guilty verdict shocked the nation and the world.

With just five months to go until the November 2024 general election, the 45th president has promised to appeal the verdict and keep fighting. “We will continue the fight, we’re going to make America great again, very simply,” he said on Friday.

To put the president’s massive campaign haul into perspective, less than 24 hours after the verdict was rendered last Thursday, the Trump campaign raised a whopping $34.8 million. By Sunday, Eric Trump told Fox that the total had eclipsed $200 million, demonstrating a continued avalanche of financial contributions from Americans.

According to the Daily Mail, billionaire Miriam Adelson pledged $100 million to the Trump campaign, and she is not the only big power player swinging for Trump. Blackstone CEO Stephen Schwarzman additionally announced his public support for the president’s campaign, as well, via the outlet.
