Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., soared to victory on Tuesday night, easily winning her race for reelection against Democrat challenger Marcus Flowers.
With 69.17 percent of precincts reporting, Greene won her 65.72 percent to Flowers’ 34.28 percent, per Fox News.
Greene has been a fighting force in the House, and her outspokenness and can-do attitude have won the hearts of many Georgian voters.
The congresswoman has also spoken at multiple Trump-sponsored Save America rallies throughout the course of 2022, becoming a regular figure among conservative voters.
Greene has additionally blasted the Biden administration from day one, criticizing leftist policy on everything from gender-affirming care for minors to the war in Ukraine.
Senior Digital Strategist at X Strategies LLC, Greg Price, commented on Twitter that, “Marjorie Taylor Greene’s opponent raised $15 million. He spent $14 million of it and the race was called for our girl @RepMTG in less than 5 seconds…”
Greene’s win in Georgia marks a GOP hold in this midterm cycle.
