Fulton County still PLAGUED with election issues following Senate runoff

Fulton County, Georgia, continues to be plagued with election anomalies as reports from observers reveal inconsistencies in how the county handled elections. The reports come as the Peach State conducted the Senate runoff election Tuesday, with Democrat Sen. Raphael Warnock winning reelection.

Just the News reported that the Amistad Project and the American Voters’ Alliance had attained several reports from election observers in Fulton County, attesting that ballots were not being properly handled and observers were unable to oversee the ballot duplication process.

The outlet cited a report revealing how ballots were not being tracked properly or verified, which Amistad Project Director Phill Kline called “concerning.”

Moreover, observers reportedly were unable to witness the ballot duplication process, which is the process of replacing a damaged ballot with a new one with the voter’s original intent, due to how they were positioned in the room, Just the News added.

Representatives from both parties are directed to witness the process. However, that “doesn’t appear to be what’s happening,” Kline told the outlet.

Kline also pointed to a serious transparency issue with not requiring observers to oversee the ballot process at satellite offices that handle mail-in and drop-box ballots. The same issue occurs with the post office that handles mail-in ballots and no one aside from the government workers can verify the legitimacy of the process, the outlet added.

Fulton County has been under heavy scrutiny for voter discrepancies during the 2020 presidential election.

For instance, a complaint filed with the state’s election board earlier this year found that more than 300,000 ballots from the 2020 election were unverified in Fulton County, per RSBN.

The revelations come as Democrat Sen. Raphael Warnock won the Peach State’s Senate runoff against Trump-backed candidate Herschel Walker.

The Associated Press called the race for Warnock around 10:30 p.m., signaling the end to one of the most competitive races in the 2022 midterm election cycle, Fox News reported.
