The U.S. Supreme Court is set to hear oral arguments in the historic Trump v. Anderson case this week.
On Thursday, Justices will consider whether the Colorado Supreme Court erred in its decision to remove President Donald J. Trump from the 2024 presidential primary ballot, according to SCOTUSblog.
Most lawsuits making 14th Amendment arguments against Trump’s ballot eligibility have either been thrown out or resolved by keeping him on the ballot. The Colorado case is the only one to make it this far. America’s highest court will play a pivotal role in determining the future of ballot eligibility in U.S. elections.
Arguments will begin on Thursday, Feb. 8, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. ET via live audio made available to the public. RSBN will broadcast the audio on all platforms here.
Around 11:30 a.m. ET, President Trump will address the public LIVE from Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida. RSBN will also carry his remarks in full here.
