President Donald J. Trump is ready and raring to rally in the South Bronx in New York City. Late Wednesday night, he posted on Truth Social that he was “heading for New York for the Big Rally in the South Bronx.”

“It’s been 50 years since such a thing as this has taken place,” said the 45th president, noting the Bronx event’s historic nature. “We are going to Make New York Great Again!!!”

Trump provided a glimpse into his pitch to New Yorkers. “Far Lower Taxes Safe, Jobs, Jobs, Jobs, Good Schools, and everything else that goes towards the American Dream!” Trump wrote.

Media interviewed local Bronx residents to ask about their thoughts about President Trump’s unprecedented campaign event in the historically Democrat area.

A Fox News clip showed several interviews of New Yorkers expressing dismay at Democrats. One resident said, “Black people and Hispanic people are very happy” about Trump coming to the Bronx. He added that Republicans might have an opportunity in the area that they “cannot let go.”

A Turning Point USA video posted Thursday morning showed a line of rallygoers holding American flags and wearing MAGA merchandise forming with hours to go until President Trump’s scheduled arrival at 6:00 p.m. ET.

RSBN will provide full coverage of President Trump’s rally in the South Bronx starting at 5:00 p.m. ET.
