The Republican primary season has been long-awaited by supporters of President Donald Trump, and on Tuesday, the second primary contest of the season will take place in the great state of New Hampshire.
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., who is a Trump ally and America First congresswoman, traveled to New Hampshire this week to support the 45th president’s primary campaign in the Granite State.
On Tuesday, she spoke with reporters in Londonderry, stating that she was “really excited for New Hampshire voters – this ending the primary gets to be theirs.”
She continued, “Even if Nikki Haley tries to stay in, we know that it really ended in New Hampshire and we know that’s happening tonight.”
In the Granite State, President Donald Trump is poised to soar to victory on Tuesday night. A final New Hampshire GOP primary poll from Daily Mail/J.L. Partners found that the 45th president had a whopping 20-point lead over former U.N. Ambassador and GOP presidential candidate Nikki Haley.
This comes just two days after Gov. Ron DeSantis, R-Fla., announced the suspension of his 2024 presidential bid right before the New Hampshire and following a second-place defeat in Iowa, where Trump trounced him with a margin of around 30 points in the caucuses.
Rep. Greene stated in Londonderry that, “I think the big message is that this is a referendum on the Republican Party and it’s been coming. Republican voters and I would argue many Americans are sick and tired of Uniparty Republicans, [and] the neo-con establishment wing of the party.”
She pointed out that Trump had ended what she called the Bush and Clinton “dynasty” in 2016 and that Americans would see a “complete and total end to that when Nikki Haley is defeated, so I’m looking forward to it.”
On X, she also remarked that Republicans would be sending a “LOUD and CLEAR message” on Tuesday night. “Donald Trump is our nominee and the primary is OVER!” she wrote.
