Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., announced on Tuesday that the House Oversight Committee is investigating financial dealings between the Biden family and parties in China.

The notice was in response to the publicly released indictment of President Donald Trump. The “first unsealed indictment of fake charges says President Trump made a ‘false business entry’ in Feb 2017,” tweeted Greene.

Following, the Georgia native cited “seed” money totaling over $1 million that members of the Biden family received from accounts related to Hunter Biden’s business partner, Rob Walker.

Additionally, Greene stated that she will “review financials” related to the ongoing investigation upon her return to the nation’s capital. The congresswoman accompanied Trump supporters in New York City in support of the 45th president prior to his court appearance.

“We are the party of peace [they’re] the party of violence,” said Greene as she addressed the crowd of protestors.

The House Oversight Committee issued a press release last month detailing the suspicious financial transactions regarding multiple Biden family members. Records retrieved through a subpoena show that from 2015 to 2017, Biden family members – Hunter Biden, James Biden, Hallie Biden, and an unknown ‘Biden’ – and their companies collectively received $1.3 million in payments from accounts related to Rob Walker, a Biden family associate,” reads the statement

Moreover, under the chairmanship of Rep. James Comer, R-Ky., the committee has found that the Biden family received “approximately $1,065,000 in payments over a three-month period in different bank accounts.” Furthermore, the Oversight Committee expressed their concern for “national security” due to the significant amount of dollars given by foreign nationals to the Biden family.

Questioning the use of the money, Rep. Greene asked, “Where are the businesses and products created from this Chinese ‘seed’ money?” In addition, “Did the Biden’s pay taxes on that China cash,” she added.
