President Donald Trump this week made his policy intentions for America’s energy independence clear.

In the aftermath of Biden’s elitist and out-of-touch rhetoric in his State of the Union address, President Trump saw the opportunity and, taking up arms for the middle class, released a video Thursday outlining his own policy pathway for America to saunter en route to independence.

In the video, President Trump immediately went after Biden, stating that “Joe Biden’s war on American energy is one of the key drivers of the worst inflation in 58 years, and it’s hitting every single American family very, very hard.”

It is a shame that America has backtracked and will need to re-double its efforts to achieve independence again after a slew of Biden-imposed and dependence-friendly policies were foisted on the American people, particularly affecting, as these sorts of policies typically do, the working class.

President Trump then went on the warpath for the working class against Biden and, in typical fashion, did not mince words.

“Biden reversed every action I took that achieved energy independence and soon we were going to be energy dominant.” The 45th president continued, “He canceled the Keystone XL Pipeline, he reentered the horrendous Paris Climate Accords. So unfair to the United States, good for other countries, so bad for us.”

President Trump wasn’t quite done yet as he continued his passionate fight against the decimation of the middle-class was on full display. President Trump went on to say, “He put up huge roadblocks to new oil, gas and coal production and much, much more. In effect, Biden’s anti American energy crusade is a massive tax hike on everything. Higher energy costs, raise the price of food, raw material, shipping, transportation, construction, manufacturing, and everything else. The country that now benefits most from Joe Biden’s radical left Green New Deal is China. High energy prices in America are a gift to China, a major factor in driving our heavy industry overseas.”

The 45th president did, however, leave viewers with more than a note of optimism. It was more like a melody of mirth for the middle class, ensuring that “When I’m back in the White House, I will bring back a pro American energy policy at long last, as you know, China paid hundreds of billions of dollars to the United States.”
