President Donald Trump arrived on Thursday afternoon in Washington, D.C., to face arraignment at a D.C. courthouse, where he will be charged with four counts in a federal grand jury’s investigation into the events of Jan. 6, 2021.
The president arrived on Trump Force One, where he disembarked the plane and stepped into a waiting vehicle, wearing a solemn expression on his face.
Before arriving, Trump wrote on Truth Social, “I AM NOW GOING TO WASHINGTON, D.C., TO BE ARRESTED FOR HAVING CHALLENGED A CORRUPT, RIGGED, & STOLEN ELECTION. IT IS A GREAT HONOR, BECAUSE I AM BEING ARRESTED FOR YOU. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!”
This is the third time this year that President Trump has been indicted, and he will likely be indicted a fourth time in Georgia, where Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is allegedly looking to charge the president with “racketeering.”
President Trump is expected to arrive at the D.C. courthouse at 4:00 p.m. ET. Watch on RSBN.
