President Trump encouraged Wisconsin Republicans to turn out the vote in the upcoming high-stakes State Supreme Court election on April 1.
In a Friday Truth Social post, he linked the Republican National Committee’s (RNC) Swamp the Vote Wisconsin website and called the election “very important.” He reminded voters that early voting was already underway.
He then provided a Trump-style summary and critique of both candidates. “Brad Schimel is running against Radical Left Liberal Susan Crawford, who has repeatedly given child molesters, rapists, women beaters, and domestic abusers ‘light’ sentences. She is the handpicked voice of the Leftists who are out to destroy your State, and our Country — And if she wins, the Movement to restore our Nation will bypass Wisconsin. All Voters who believe in Common Sense should GET OUT TO VOTE EARLY for Brad Schimel.”
Trump listed the reasons why Wisconsinites should take to the polls ahead of April 1. “By turning out and VOTING EARLY, you will be helping to Uphold the Rule of Law, Protect our Incredible Police, Secure our Beloved Constitution, Safeguard our Inalienable Rights, and PRESERVE LIBERTY AND JUSTICE FOR ALL.”
He concluded his post with, “SO IMPORTANT – PLEASE GET OUT AND VOTE. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”
On Sunday, President Trump reiterated the candidates’ agendas and emphasized the importance of Republican voter turnout.
“In the Great State of Wisconsin, a Radical Left Democrat, one who is insistent on bringing hardened CRIMINALS, that we removed to far away places, back into our Country, allowing men into women’s sports, Open Borders, and more, is running against a strong, Common Sense Republican, JUST CALL HIM BRAD, for the Wisconsin Supreme Court. It’s a really big and important race, and could have much to do with the future of our Country. Get out and VOTE, NOW, for the Republican Candidate — BRAD!!!
Early Vote Action’s Scott Preslar has spent weeks campaigning for Brad Schimel.
In a post on X, Preslar called Trump’s endorsement of Schimel “a game changer” for the election.
Over the weekend, Preslar and Wisconsin Republicans went door to door urging voters to get out to the polls. To find your voting location, visit the state’s “Find My Polling Place” website.
