President Donald Trump completed a six-month physical exam at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center on Tuesday, marking his fourth visit since January 2025.

“Just finished my 6 month physical at Walter Reed Military Medical Center,” the president wrote on Truth Social. “Everything checked out PERFECTLY. Thank you to the great Doctors and Staff! Heading back to the White House.”

As reported by RSBN, the president’s trip to Walter Reed is routine and likely included both a physical and dental exam.

President Trump has been transparent about his health and has regularly released doctors’ reports and results to the public. In 2025, the president revealed that he had undergone an MRI exam, and last summer, the White House confirmed that repeated bruising on his hands, noted often by reporters, was simply due to a diagnosis of chronic venous insufficiency. This circulation issue is very common among older adults.

President Trump told The Wall Street Journal earlier this year that he takes large doses of aspirin, as well. “They say aspirin is good for thinning out the blood, and I don’t want thick blood pouring through my heart,” Trump told the outlet. “I take the larger one, but I’ve done it for years, and what it does do is it causes bruising.”

The president will turn 80 years old in June. Upon taking office last year, he became the oldest Commander-in-Chief in history to assume office, but his age hasn’t seemed to slow him down.

“He looks like he’s in better shape than the last time I saw him!” said UFC President and CEO Dana White, during a recent interview with The New Yorker Radio Hour.

To celebrate America’s 250th anniversary, White is organizing UFC Freedom 250, a fight card scheduled to take place on the White House South Lawn. The event also intersects with President Trump’s birthday on June 14.
