With the ceasefire in the Middle East and the opening of the Strait of Hormuz, President Trump has expressed excitement at the potential economic opportunities it could bring to the region, calling it the “Golden Age of the Middle East.”

Breitbart reported on President Trump’s optimism following the U.S.-Iran ceasefire, saying it presents an opportunity for the Middle East. He wrote on the social media platform Truth Social, saying, “There will be lots of positive action! Big money will be made. Iran can start the reconstruction process.” He also added, “We’ll be loading up with supplies of all kinds and just ‘hangin’ around’ in order to make sure that everything goes well. I feel confident that it will. Just like we are experiencing in the U.S., this could be the Golden Age of the Middle East!!!”

The two-week cease-fire has halted the hostilities and outlines that there will be no enrichment of Uranium, effectively halting Iran’s longstanding nuclear ambitions. In another post on social media reported by RSBN, President Trump had shared details on how the U.S. and Iranian governments will cooperate.

He wrote, “The United States will work closely with Iran, which we have determined has gone through what will be a very productive Regime Change! There will be no enrichment of Uranium, and the United States will, working with Iran, dig up and remove all of the deeply buried (B-2 Bombers) Nuclear ‘Dust.’”

Following the ceasefire agreement, Pakistan is anticipating a second stage of in-person peace talks, during which U.S. Vice President JD Vance will be personally present in Pakistan, Breitbart reports. The team being sent by President Trump also includes special envoy Steve Witkoff and President Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner.

The New York Post shared what White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said at a briefing: “The first round of those talks will take place on Saturday morning local time.”

During the ongoing peace negotiations, Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has urged all parties to respect the ceasefire “so that diplomacy can take a lead role towards peaceful settlement of the conflict.”
