President Donald Trump will visit New Hampshire next week as he continues to court early primary states ahead of the looming 2024 presidential primary season, his campaign announced on Tuesday.
The president is scheduled to deliver remarks on Monday, Oct. 9, in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire, at the Kingswood Arts Center. He is expected to speak at 12:00 p.m. ET.
President Trump last visited New Hampshire in August, where he spoke to eager supporters at a campaign event in Windham. Supporters there lined up outside in the rain for a chance to catch the president’s remarks.
In the Granite State, President Trump is leading heavily in the GOP primary polls. According to data from Public Opinion Strategies, Trump is holding a 28-point lead in the state’s primary. In their survey, former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley is the runner-up with 18 percent of the vote. Gov. Ron DeSantis, R-Fla., is in third place.
Trump’s visit to New Hampshire on Monday will come just two days after back-to-back campaign events in Iowa, whose caucuses will take place in just three months.
