After millions of illegal immigrants flooded into the nation during the Biden administration’s border crisis, debates regarding deportation and amnesty have erupted even between Republican leaders. But Rep. Brandon Gill, R-Tex., is ripping legislation to grant amnesty to illegal immigrants and has continuously laid out how this robs American taxpayers of opportunities paid for by their tax dollars.
On Tuesday, he destroyed the proposed DIGNIDAD Act. Also known as H.R. 4393, this would grant amnesty to masses of illegal immigrants in the name of “dignity.”

Gill criticized the legislation in an interview posted on X, calling it “Selling out our entire country for an extra five basis points of GDP growth.” He criticized the libertarian wing of the Republican Party for pushing amnesty as a form of compromise to a voter base that sought mass deportations.

He pointed out that illegal immigrants are driving up wait times and costs in American hospitals and public schools that are all paid for by American tax dollars. He called out social programs with offices that are now flooded with illegal immigrants seeking to rob taxpayers of those benefits as well. “We’re subsidizing illegal aliens,” he stated. Gill finalized his post by declaring, “We are done tolerating this.”

During another interview on Fox News and posted to X, he slammed the Democrat party for praising illegal immigration and allowing illegal criminals to flood the nation to simply grow their voter base.
“Illegal aliens are killing our people, destroying our cities, and taking our jobs,” he wrote, as he continues to fight for “No amnesty” in Congress.
