Robert F. Kennedy Jr. dropped a new green Make America Healthy Again hat on Wednesday to signify his commitment alongside President Donald Trump to change the lives of millions of Americans.
He announced the MAHA hat in a new advertisement in which he explained the initiative’s purpose.
The video began with Kennedy saying, “Hey everyone, I’m here today to tell you how we can Make America Healthy Again and the first thing you need to do is get one of these hats, and we need everybody walking around and wearing it everywhere they go. But that’s not gonna be nearly enough.”
He continued, “That’s why I’m partnering with President Donald Trump to transform our nation’s food, fitness, air, water, soil, and medicine. Our big priority will be to clean up the public health agencies like CDC, NIH, FDA, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture.”
He then elaborated on why an overhaul was necessary. “Those agencies have become sock puppets for the industries that they’re supposed to regulate. President Trump and I are going to replace the corrupt industry-captured officials with honest public servants.”
Kennedy pointed out the most pressing health issue that Americans are facing. “We’re gonna steer resources to meet our nation’s biggest health challenge, chronic disease. We’re going to identify its root cause, and we’re going to eliminate those exposures. We’re going to get toxic additives and pesticide residues out of our food.”
He made clear that Americans would have a say in the type of healthcare they receive. “We’re going to support the tens of millions of Americans who choose alternative and complementary medicine.”
He concluded the video by saying, “We’re going to become, once again, the healthiest nation on earth. That’s what we mean by MAHA, Make America Healthy Again.”
He encouraged others who support the mission to buy the green MAHA hat or donate at Mahanow.org.
The video ended with a child sweetly saying, “Make America healthy again.”
Trump has repeatedly referenced MAHA during his closing remarks at campaign rallies. He told a crowd in Pennsylvania on October 9, “You know who’s gonna do that? RFK Jr., he’s got some good ideas. We love RFK Jr.”
