Former Trump White House advisor Stephen Miller has taken to social media to deliver a robust defense, tearing apart the ongoing hush money trial President Trump is battling in Manhattan and standing firmly in his corner.
Miller came to President Trump’s defense as he fights yet another round of “Biden trials” in New York City. On X and Truth Social, he wrote, “I don’t think people have fully internalized just how wicked this communist Biden show trial in Manhattan really is.”
Miller highlighted just how “wicked” Biden’s actions are towards his political competition, writing, “The presumptive Republican nominee for president, the opposition leader, Joe Biden’s chief political rival, has been removed by force from the campaign trail by a local Democrat prosecutor and local Democrat judge.” Because of this, President Trump is hindered from campaigning for the presidency.
In an interview with TIME National Politics reporter Eric Cortellessa, President Trump doubled down on his belief that all the trials and legal woes he has faced are purely a form of political persecution and election interference from Biden.
RSBN reported that President Trump told Cortellessa that this persecution was because he received 75 million votes in the 2020 presidential election. President Trump also said that Biden is “willing to hurt a former President who is very popular, who got 75 million votes. I got more votes than any other sitting president in history.”
Miller emphasized the problem with the trial and what it means for the country.
He wrote, “The fate of our democracy, our sovereignty, safety and liberty, of war and peace, hinge on an election now underway,” Miller adds, “A partisan Democrat prosecutor and judge has subordinated that entire national election — the franchise of every voting citizen — beneath this sick hoax of a trial.”
In closing, Miller echoed a stark warning that “democracy does indeed need saving: OURS.”
