President Trump’s criminal trial in New York City has drawn the attention of the nation, and after the first day came to a close on Monday, the president confirmed that he may be forced to miss the high school graduation of his son, Barron Trump, due to an order from the judge.

As reported by RSBN, Judge Juan Merchan threatened the president with jail time if he misses a day in court, amidst the criminal trial that is expected to last for weeks. Barron is the president’s youngest son whom he shares with First Lady Melania Trump, and he will be graduating from high school this spring.

Trump wrote on Truth Social:

“Who will explain for me, to my wonderful son, Barron, who is a GREAT Student at a fantastic School, that his Dad will likely not be allowed to attend his Graduation Ceremony, something that we have been talking about for years, because a seriously Conflicted and Corrupt New York State Judge wants me in Criminal Court on a bogus ‘Biden Case’ which, according to virtually all Legal Scholars and Pundits, has no merit, and should NEVER have been brought.”

In the criminal case, Trump is charged with 34 counts, and has pleaded not guilty to all counts. The charges are related to allegations of falsified business records linked to so-called “hush money” that was paid to porn actress Stormy Daniels amidst the president’s 2016 campaign.

“This Fake Case is solely meant to attack Crooked Joe Biden’s Political Opponent, ME, who is seriously leading him in the Polls, for purposes of Election Interference,” Trump stated.

He slammed Judge Merchan’s order as “very unfair” and eviscerated the “Fake Cases” that he is facing across the nation as “perpetuated by the White House in order to help the Worst President, by far, get Re-Elected…”

The president also derided the fact that he may be unable to attend the “historic PRESIDENTIAL IMMUNITY argument in front of The United States Supreme Court” on April 25.

“This shows such great disdain and disrespect for our Nation’s Highest Court, especially for a topic so important as Presidential Immunity, without which our Country would never be the same!” he concluded.
