“Cracker Barrel should go back to the old logo, admit a mistake based on customer response (the ultimate Poll), and manage the company better than ever before,” Trump said. “They got a Billion Dollars worth of free publicity if they play their cards right. Very tricky to do, but a great opportunity.”
Cracker Barrel recently unveiled a new logo, accompanied by updates to the restaurant chain’s interior. The changes have been the source of backlash from consumers and have received an overwhelming amount of negative attention on social media. Customers have noted that the alterations have detracted from the restaurant’s classic atmosphere and have stripped the dining experience of its authenticity.
