In hundreds of highly classified phone calls with foreign heads of state, President Donald Trump was so consistently unprepared for discussion of serious issues, so often outplayed in his conversations with powerful leaders like Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkish President Recep Erdogan, and so abusive to leaders of America's principal allies, that the calls helped convince some senior US officials that the Presi

President Donald Trump revealed in an exclusive interview with Glenn Beck, host of BlazeTV, that he would “probably ask for a recusal” of the Clinton-appointed judge in his lawsuit against Hillary Clinton and the Democratic National Committee (DNC), citing a “total conflict of interest.”

According to the The Blaze, the judge in question is U.S. District Court Judge Donald Middlebrooks, appointed by former President Bill Clinton.

“That’s right,” Trump remarked during the interview. “We have a judge who was appointed by Bill Clinton, who knows Hillary Clinton very well…this is the way it works for Republicans…I think it’s a total conflict of interest, and that’s unfortunate.”

Interestingly, The Blaze also reported that in 2015, Judge Middlebrooks “threw out” a racketeering suit that was filed against Hillary Clinton, in which she was accused of using her own private email servers for business while she was secretary of state, including foreign policy favors and donations or fees related to the Clinton Foundation.

President Trump added in his comments to Beck, “Yep, I think you have a great appeals section. But we’ll see. So we’ll probably ask for a recusal. Maybe a change of venue. But not a change as much as a recusal.”

On Thursday, Trump filed a massive lawsuit against Hillary Clinton and the DNC, striking back against years of “false” narratives and accusations regarding Russian “collusion” that he says were designed to keep him from winning office in 2016.

Trump’s filing stated: “Acting in concert, the Defendants maliciously conspired to weave a false narrative that their Republican opponent, Donald J. Trump, was colluding with a hostile foreign sovereignty.”

President Trump’s lawsuit against Hillary Clinton and her cohorts has been a long time coming. It comes on the heels of the long-awaited report from Special Counsel John Durham, who spent years investigating the left’s “Russian collusion” claims about President Trump. In his report, Durham asserts that the Clinton campaign spied on Trump in Trump Tower during his bid for president in 2016, as well as during his time in the White House.
