President Donald Trump applauded the blocked sale of border wall parts following a ruling on Friday from a federal judge in Texas.

Trump shared the news as a “crucial WIN” in a Truth Social post on Saturday.

“In a major, crucial WIN for America, and our National Security, a Federal Judge in Texas, based on papers we filed just a few days ago, has PROHIBITED the Biden Administration from selling any materials designated for the Border Wall, that has been wrecked by Biden and his cronies, and which I am going to rebuild in order to protect our Country from violent migrant crime, fentanyl smuggling, sex trafficking, terror attacks, and other heinous, Nation ending disasters,” he wrote.

Trump noted that the judge involved also ordered an investigation into the plans to sell the border wall materials.

“The Judge has also ordered an investigation into the illegal selling of the materials, which will expose just how corrupt and anti-American Radical Democrats are,” Trump continued.

“I am honored to be joined in this vital case by the Great States of Texas and Missouri, and applaud Judge Drew Tipton for doing the right thing for our Country. We have to protect our Borders, and Save America. MAGA!” he concluded.

Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick previously celebrated a major border wall victory on Christmas Day.

He posted to X on Wednesday, stating, “Even on Christmas Day, the President and Texas are working to secure the border.”

He then shared a text he sent President Donald Trump, noting, that Trump’s “strong stance on stopping the sale” of border wall materials likely prevented about 8,000 border wall panels from being sold.

“The wall panels were pulled from the auction the day before the scheduled sale,” the text went on. “The auctioneer told our team he would not do anything with them until after your inauguration. We are keeping an eye on it to be sure they don’t.”

Trump also previously criticized the Biden administration over the issue in a video posted to his Truth Social account.

“Now it’s about double the price of what it would’ve been six years ago, and the administration is trying to sell it for five cents on the dollar… It’s almost a criminal act,” he stated.

“I’m asking today, Joe Biden to please stop selling the wall. We’re going to use that to create a strong barrier,” Trump continued.

“It’s very expensive, and now it’s about double the price of what it would have been six years ago, and the administration is trying to sell it for five cents on the dollar, knowing that we’re getting ready to put it up,” Trump added.
