President Donald Trump rocked the house on Thursday afternoon in Phoenix, Arizona, where he received an electrifying welcome from a pumped-up crowd of Turning Point Action attendees.
The president took the stage on the heels of a dramatic video highlighting his battle to reclaim American freedom and defy the weaponization of the justice system. The auditorium at Dream City Church exploded with applause and cheering as he walked to the podium, while “God Bless the USA” by Lee Greenwood played loudly over the speakers.
“I love this place,” he said. “I even wore a special tie!”
He flashed a yellow tie, joking that it represented the “sun,” in an ode to the infamous scorching Arizona heat. “I’m thrilled to be back in Arizona with thousands and thousands of proud, hardworking patriots!” he continued.
The president additionally acknowledged the importance of Thursday: June 6, 2024, marked the 80th anniversary of the D-Day invasion of Normandy in France.
“On this day we remember and thank the immortal heroes that landed at Normandy 80 years ago,” he said.
President Trump highlighted the packed crowd at Dream City Church, stating that there were “thousands.” He added, “I appreciate you being here, especially in these numbers!”
Trump also took a moment to slam the shocking conviction that he received on May 30 at the behest of a New York City jury, slapping him with 34 felony counts.
“I just went through a RIGGED trial in New York with a conflicted – and I mean HIGHLY conflicted – judge where there was NO crime, it was made up, fabricated stuff,” he commented.
He elevated his campaign’s incredible fundraising over the past few months, stating that he had raised “almost $400 million” because the nation understands what’s really going on.
“We have to change the system – we have to straighten out what’s going on in these courts,” he concluded.
