President Donald Trump has gained a 3-point lead on Vice President Kamala Harris in Georgia, according to a new poll released on Wednesday.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution poll found that Trump is winning voter favorability in the state with 47 percent of participating voters’ support, while Harris scored 44 percent. Just seven percent of voters remained undecided, and 1 percent stated that they would vote for a third-party candidate.

The poll also noted that two-thirds of Georgia voters believe the country is on the wrong track. Top voter concerns in the poll included the economy, inflation and jobs (43 percent), followed by preserving democracy (18 percent).

This comes just as a new Gallup poll also found that Trump is gaining favorability with American voters, while support for Harris is decreasing.

The Favorable Ratings of the Harris Trump Gallup poll was released on Wednesday and found that Trump gained 5 points in favorability with respondents. Harris dropped by 3 points.

As expected, the 45th president earned a highly positive rating from Republicans, who favored him at a rate of 91 percent. The key voter demographic in the race is the Independents, according to the survey.

The Gallup poll found that Trump is leading Harris in favorability with Independent voters by 9 points. A total of 44 percent of Independents favored Trump, while just 35 percent favored Harris.

Furthermore, Trump’s popularity continues to improve in multiple swing states. He now leads in the swing state of Pennsylvania, per RSBN.

Real Clear Polling cited a new Insider Advantage poll that placed Trump 2 points ahead of the Harris-Walz campaign.
