President Donald Trump made a final speech on the New Hampshire campaign trail ahead of the primary, calling for voter turnout, unification, and hope for a better and brighter tomorrow.
On the eve of Tuesday’s Granite State GOP primary election, Trump told a room of supporters in Laconia, “…With your vote you’re going to put Crooked Joe and his protectors on notice that we are coming in November.”
President Trump stated that upon winning the 2024 election, “we’re going to run the country the way it’s SUPPOSED to be run.”
He further called for unity among Republican voters and candidates. “Now is the time for the Republican Party to come together,” he declared.
Trump also noted the issues with the open New Hampshire GOP primary, adding, “Democrats are NOT supposed to be voting in Republican primaries.”
Trump had several allies in attendance at the event, including businessman Vivek Ramaswamy. The former GOP candidate has openly endorsed the 45th president and joined him in New Hampshire to push hard against former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley’s presidential bid in the Granite State.
“We will speak the truth and GET THIS DONE,” he declared at one point, joining the president onstage.
President Trump said during his remarks that voter turnout was absolutely integral. “We have to win by BIG margins,” he said. “…We have to send a signal that we’re not playing games – this country has gone to hell!”
Trump further promised to “stop the cheating” as president again and urged voters to “swamp them” at the polls.
In addition to Ramaswamy, Sen. Tim Scott, R-S.C., and North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum (R) also gave brief remarks onstage during the campaign event, urging voters to show up at the ballot box in the Granite State primary on Tuesday.
Trump said that the 2024 election would represent the “most important vote” Republicans would ever cast. “We’re never going back to the days of globalist RINOs…” he said. “And we’re never going back to any of the things that you see that are STUPID things.”
