President Trump gave some insight into his negotiating style on Saturday evening in the great state of Texas, noting that his approach to leadership and business all ends up painting what he called a “beautiful picture.”

The president offered his comments during his headliner speech at the NRA Annual Meeting in Dallas, relating a story of how he negotiated in the Oval Office with French President Emmanuel Macron.

“You know, there is a genius to what I’m doing, you do know that,” he joked.

Trump lifted his hands and drew a trail in the air with his finger, noting, “I go from here to here…and it all comes back into a BEAUTIFUL PICTURE.”

The crowd laughed and he reiterated, “IT ALL COMES BACK into a beautiful picture, it’s a beautiful thing!”

He chuckled and added, “Even I say to myself, ‘you’re a freakin’ genius!” This drew even more laughter and applause from the crowd.

Trump also joked that he believed in the theory that “fast horses produce fast horses,” pointing to his Uncle John George Trump, who was a brilliant professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) for many decades.

“You think Biden has that in his family?” Trump cracked.

Trump’s comments about mental acuity additionally tied into his remarks about being willing to debate Joe Biden on far-left networks like CNN.

The president relayed, “I said, ‘I accept anything you want, let’s debate!’ And now they’re shocked, they don’t know what the hell to do.”
