President Trump reacted to footage of a CIA whistleblower revealing that American intelligence agencies withheld information from him before and during his presidency.
The Post Millennial reported that political activist and author James O’Keefe of the O’Keefe Media Group released a video of CIA official Amjad Fseisi admitting that multiple intelligence agencies withheld information from President Trump.
Fseisi is a project manager who works in Cyber Operations with the CIA and as an NSA contractor.
The video footage showed Fseisi admitting to an undercover journalist that former CIA director Gina Haspel and Mike Pompeo, among others, withheld information from President Trump “because we knew he’d f***ing disclose it.”
Fseisi also reveals that intelligence agencies were using FISA (The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) to spy on President Trump, his team, and his wife, Melania Trump.
In the video, Fseisi admits, “We monitor everything.” He adds, “We also have people that monitor his ex-wife.”
Fseisi has now denied making these statements that were caught on camera.
O’Keefe Media caught up with President Trump for his response to the leaked footage.
O’Keefe asked President Trump what his reaction was to this leaked video. President Trump expresses his astonishment to O’Keefe, “What’s shocking is to see how stupid somebody can be.” President Trump raises his arms in disbelief before adding, “If this guy’s for real, you ought to get rid of him.” He quips, “CIA: Central Intelligence Agency. This not an intelligent guy.”
President Trump closes by saying, “So, he may be bragging or showing off to some woman, young lady.” He adds, “But I’d get rid of him real fast. If he’s for real, get rid of him.”
In response to the leaked footage, The Post Millennial reported that U.S. House Representative Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., has called for the Weaponization Subcommittee to open an investigation into the matter.
