Trump rings in the new year with Jason Aldean at Mar-a-Lago

President Trump rang in the new year in style alongside country superstar Jason Aldean at Mar-a-Lago, Trump’s beautiful Florida resort, treating guests to a special concert as 2021 came to a close.

In remarks to the crowd, Trump joked that he “couldn’t afford” Jason Aldean, and also called him a “friend” before he introduced the country crooner, who has made waves in the entertainment industry for his past criticism of Joe Biden.

In a later Instagram post, Aldean wrote, “Well, this New Years was the best of all time. I got to spend a couple of days with the G.O.A.T…..this man is unbelievable and I wish u all could see what he does behind the scenes. #classact.”

Aldean, along with his wife Brittney Aldean, are a rare breed of outspoken conservatives in the entertainment industry, so supporters of the MAGA movement will likely be familiar with Aldean’s patriotic beliefs.

In November, Breitbart News reported on Aldean’s comments about the difficulty of being a conservative in the music industry. “At some point, it’s gotten to where if you’re a conservative and you’re in this business, you’re not allowed to speak,” he said.

Additionally, Brittney Aldean’s personal Instagram account also showcased a photo of herself and her husband posing with President Trump at the New Years’ bash, where President Trump flashed an energetic thumbs-up.

Jason and Brittney Aldean’s support of President Trump, as well as their refusal to  back down from their beliefs despite receiving backlash from the liberal entertainment community and social media users, makes them even better allies to the 45th president, who knows exactly what it feels like to be “cancelled” by the “woke” mob.

“I will never apologize for my beliefs or my love for my family and country,” Aldean wrote in an October Instagram post. “This is the greatest country in the world and I want to keep it that way.”
