President Donald Trump slammed the venue for the case being brought against him by the Manhattan district attorney’s office, which is reportedly seeking to bring 34 felony charges against him, an unidentified source familiar with the matter told Yahoo News.

“VERY UNFAIR VENUE, WITH SOME AREAS THAT VOTED 1% REPUBLICAN. THIS CASE SHOULD BE MOVED TO NEARBY STATEN ISLAND – WOULD BE A VERY FAIR AND SECURE LOCATION FOR THE TRIAL,” Trump wrote on Truth Social, just hours before his scheduled arraignment.

Trump continued, “ADDITIONALLY, THE HIGHLY PARTISAN JUDGE & HIS FAMILY ARE WELL KNOWN TRUMP HATERS. HE WAS AN UNFAIR DISASTER ON A PREVIOUS TRUMP RELATED CASE, WOULDN’T RECUSE, GAVE HORRIBLE JURY INSTRUCTIONS, & IMPOSSIBLE TO DEAL WITH DURING THE WITCH HUNT TRIAL. HIS DAUGHTER WORKED FOR ‘KAMALA’ & NOW THE BIDEN-HARRIS CAMPAIGN. KANGAROO COURT!!!

RSBN previously reported that Loren Merchan, the daughter of Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan, who is overseeing the case, allegedly worked for Kamala Harris’s presidential campaign as a “Director of Digital Persuasion.”

Trump further commented, “THE RADICAL LEFT DEMOCRATS HAVE CRIMINALIZED THE JUSTICE SYSTEM. THIS IS NOT WHAT AMERICA WAS SUPPOSED TO BE!”

Per RSBN, Trump is scheduled to arrive in Manhattan at the courthouse for arraignment at 2:15 p.m. ET. The 45th president will likely not be handcuffed or photographed, and cameras will not be allowed in the courtroom to film the proceedings.

Via RSBN’s Liz Willis, only five reporters will be allowed inside, and they will be taking still photos.

Despite the political persecution of President Trump, nationwide support for MAGA and his 2024 presidential campaign has only increased in the wake of his indictment. Per RSBN, the Trump campaign has raised an impressive $8 million in donations since news of the indictment broke last week.

On Monday night, Trump called for the resignation of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg for “ILLEGALLY” leaking the upcoming charges. “No Crime by Trump,” he wrote on Truth Social. “What a MESS. Bragg should resign, NOW!”
