President Donald Trump flew to Waterford Township, Michigan, on Saturday night, urging state voters to show up to the polls in ten days and bring home a rock solid primary win as he takes one step closer to netting the 2024 GOP presidential nomination.
Trump took the stage wearing a dark coat and a signature red MAGA hat in the chilly Michigan weather as the crowd cheered amid the music of Lee Greenwood’s “God Bless the USA.”
Trump declared, “This November the great state of Michigan is going to tell Crooked Joe Biden, ‘YOU’RE FIRED, GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE!’”
He called Biden “the WORST president we’ve ever had” and described him as “incompetent.”
Trump continued, “Ten days from now we’re going to win a monumental victory in the Michigan Republican primary!”
He urged voters to “send a signal” and show up BIG in the primary election on February 27. “So, don’t wait, get out and VOTE!” he pressed, noting that early voting had begun statewide starting Saturday, February 17.
He vowed to Michigan voters that the country would be great “very quickly again” upon a prospective 2024 victory and a 2024 Trump administration.
The president preceded his stop in Michigan by giving a short speech in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he introduced a new line of collectible Trump sneakers at “Sneakercon.”
