President Donald Trump boldly defended Second Amendment rights on Friday night in Pennsylvania, where he told NRA members in Harrisburg at the NRA Presidential Forum that he would protect their gun rights.
“The only thing standing between you and the obliteration of your under-siege Second Amendment is me…anybody else, you wouldn’t have your guns right now,” he said.
He continued, “If Joe Biden is reelected, your guns will be gone – they’ll be totally gone.”
The president railed against Biden multiple times during his remarks, slamming him for his anti-gun policies and reaming him for the chaos that has been unleashed upon the world in the face of his weak leadership.
“When I’m reelected, every single Biden attack on gun owners and manufacturers will be terminated when I’m back in office, perhaps my FIRST DAY,” he added.
Trump reminded NRA members that “every pledge I made to you as a candidate I fulfilled as a president.”
He joked that he would start signing legislation on the front steps of the U.S. Capitol on the day of his inauguration, before he even reached the Oval Office. This comment drew huge applause from the crowd.
