In the wake of a fourth indictment for former President Trump, votes appear to be pushing back against the narrative as #Trump2024NowMoreThanEver trends on the social media platform X.
Trump was hit by a fourth indictment by a Georgia grand jury on Monday night, accusing him and 18 others of racketeering in an attempt to overthrow the 2020 election.
While known Democrats seem to be celebrating the charges as a victory, many voters have taken to social media to show support for the former president.
Many have shown support by indicating that these new charges will not deter them from showing support for Trump, noting that “we need him back badly.”
The significant amount of charges, along with the court dates interfering with primary election events, has caused many voters to question the validity of the indictments.
In fact, according to previous I&I/TIPP data, 39 percent of American voters are skeptical of Trump’s charges, describing them as “exaggerated” or “harassment.”
