A shocking undercover video from James O’Keefe’s media network has exposed what could be a serious breach of security in the protection of Vice President J.D. Vance.

The video, released by O’Keefe Media Group on social media on Tuesday, highlights alleged U.S. Secret Service Agent Tomas Escotto, an individual apparently assigned to the vice president’s protective detail.

“Tomas Escotto, a current U.S. Secret Service agent on Vice President JD Vance’s protective detail, was recorded on hidden camera providing an undercover journalist with sensitive security information, including protective formations, shift schedules, travel plans, & real-time locations,” OMG media reported in its initial posting.

The shocking admissions from an alleged Secret Service agent – made to an OMG undercover journalist whom he connected with on Tinder in October 2025, according to O’Keefe – have left many wondering how many other potential holes in security there could be for the Second Family.

Escotto, in the video, expressed his resentment for ICE enforcement operations and noted that he had voted for Joe Biden in 2020. “I hate that sh*t,” he said when referring to ICE.

Alarmingly, Escotto appeared to divulge incredibly sensitive details about the vice president’s security operations to someone who was essentially a complete stranger, showing his badge off, discussing security shifts, and allegedly texting about the vice president’s travel plans days ahead of time.

Some of the video report was redacted for obvious security reasons. OMG also announced that, before the release of their report, they had coordinated with the U.S. Secret Service to ensure that appropriate redactions were made. Mr. O’Keefe also said in a video introducing the report that they alerted the Secret Service to the story a full week before they planned on releasing it.

“While the safety of the Vice President and his family was always our top priority, what OMG uncovered raises serious questions about operational security, protocol compliance, and oversight within the U.S. Secret Service,” the company noted in its statement.

According to the outlet, Escotto has allegedly been placed on administrative leave and has had his clearance revoked.

Just before the release of OMG’s undercover video, multiple sources obtained an alleged internal memo from the Secret Service that emphasized the importance of “privacy” and “discretion” in their jobs.

OMG also reported that the internal memo had been sent out ahead of their bombshell story on Escotto.

“If someone cannot meet that expectation consistently, then this may not be the right type of profession for them,” the memo read.

The letter appeared to have been signed by S.S. Deputy Director Matthew Quinn.
