The enthusiasm for President Donald Trump’s campaign is always a sight to see, especially at his rallies. Crowds often begin forming more than a day in advance of his highly anticipated speeches.
Such is the case in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, where the 45th president is set to speak at 4:30 P.M. Eastern Time at the 1st Summit Arena at the Cambria County War Memorial.
In a video captured by RSBN, a massive line is seen waiting outside for the doors to open at 12:30 P.M.
MAGA hats and American flags have created a sea of red in the battleground state.
Republicans outpaced Democrats in voter registrations in July by 1,632 registrants. For 2024, Republicans are ahead in registrations by 7,728 but still trail the Democrats by around 400,000. However, just 10 years ago, Democrats had over a million more registered voters than Republicans.
Trump is leading by 0.2 percent in the state, according to a recent polling average by RealClearPolitics. According to most recent polls, the two candidates remain in a statistical tie.
Trump will likely spend a good portion of his speech pointing out Harris’ flip-flopping on fracking, which makes up 5 percent of Pennsylvania’s workforce. Multiple videos from recent years show Harris clearly vowing to end fracking, yet her campaign now claims that she supports it.
Trump’s campaign is targeting Pennsylvania on all fronts to get voters to the polls. Its new “Swamp the Vote” effort includes a website that provides direct links for voters to obtain absentee and mail-in ballots, as well as information about voting early in the state.
President Trump will also likely highlight the need for Pennsylvanians to visit SwampTheVoteUSA.com/PA during his speech on Friday.
The website explicitly states, “Republicans must win – and we must use EVERY appropriate tool available to beat the Democrats, they are destroying our great country! Whether you vote early, absentee, by mail, or in person, we are going to protect the vote.”
President Trump’s rally, which is being covered by RSBN, comes just 11 days ahead of the first presidential debate against Harris. The matchup will be hosted on Sept. 10 by ABC at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia.
