President Donald Trump criticized an appearance by Vice President Kamala Harris on CBS’ “60 Minutes,” calling it the “WORST interview.”
Trump shared the comments in a Truth Social post on Tuesday morning following the Harris interview that aired on Monday night.
“The Interview on 60 Minutes with Comrade Kamala Harris is considered by many of those who reviewed it, the WORST Interview they have ever seen,” Trump wrote.
“She literally had no idea what she was talking about, and it was an embarrassment to our Country that a Major Party Candidate would be so completely inept,” he added.
Trump also criticized the vice president’s response to Hurricane Helene victims struggling more than a week after deadly storms took the lives of over 200 people.
“In addition, her Incompetence on ‘helping’ people through the devastation of Hurricane Helene is being reviewed as, by far, the Worst in American History, even worse than Katrina – If that is possible!” Trump wrote.
“I can’t imagine anybody living in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Florida, or Tennessee, voting for her. Pollsters are saying that the anti, or negative, Vote in those places, and even places not affected but with people watching what took place, will be heavily against her,” he continued.
Trump concluded with a call to vote in the election, calling it the most important day in the nation’s history.
“This is good news because November 5th is the Most Important Day in the History of our Country, and we cannot bear four more years of Incompetence. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!” he concluded.
The “60 Minutes” interview with Harris was widely panned by conservatives, including critical comments from the Trump campaign’s War Room X account.
“Kamala Harris is asked THREE TIMES if it was a mistake to allow millions of illegal aliens to cross our southern border. Every single time she deflects, shifts blame, and claims she took steps to fix the problem,” the account posted alongside a video from the interview.
Trump was also invited for a sit-down interview with the program and declined the invitation, according to “60 Minutes.”
