Soon, the nation will celebrate the 250th anniversary of freedom, a freedom defined by patriotism and centered in peace.

The original patriots never desired conflict, yet they did not hesitate to defend themselves against the unjust actions imposed upon them.

Inarguably, President Donald J. Trump stands as one of the most patriotic presidents in modern American history, drawing remarkable parallels to President George Washington. The younger generations of America had all but forgotten what true patriotism looked like until President Trump took office in both of his separate terms.

Trump’s America First policies have defined his leadership. From protecting the nation’s borders to declaring war on drugs and addressing crime within our cities, he has sought to liberate America from corruption and chaos. Notably, he has maneuvered to remove the United States from unfair trade deals and restore energy independence, ensuring that America answers to no one but itself.

A student of history himself, President Trump understands that America’s role as the world’s leading superpower carries great responsibility. In this, he has excelled, advancing the cause of freedom not only for the American people but also for nations abroad that look to the United States as the symbol of liberty.

He has consistently sought peace and negotiated ceasefires in global conflicts, building a track record of ending wars rather than starting them. Yet, his willingness to pursue diplomacy has never been mistaken for a sign of weakness. Trump’s resolve, his “thin red line,” remains firm, ensuring that the enemies of freedom know he will always defend America and her founding ideals. His decisive airstrikes on Iran demonstrated this very mindset.

This week, Trump’s peace efforts came full circle as Hamas released the last surviving hostages from a two-year war. Still, his message remains clear: Hamas must lay down its weapons or face the consequences militarily.

The Founding Fathers sought liberation and independence from a monarchy, never imagining the global influence their new nation would one day hold. President Trump, however, recognizes the magnitude of America’s role in the world and the moral weight of that leadership.

In a time when faith and truth are under attack, President Trump has stood boldly in defense of Christianity and the values that built this nation. His remarks at the United Nations General Assembly underscored such a sentiment, explaining that Christian martyrdom remains, yet he will defend Christians at all costs.

He has reminded Americans that our rights come not from government, but from God.

His goal has always been to see the nation protected, influential, and prosperous. The actions of his second term have already set a tone and foundation unmatched by any modern leader, and he has only just begun.

Patriotism is back, and it is shining on the global stage because of President Donald J. Trump.
