Elon Musk held an event in Philadelphia on Thursday in which he told attendees that if Vice President Kamala Harris is elected president, America will look like the post-apocalyptic film “Mad Max” in four years.
Musk’s comments came during a town hall supporting President Donald Trump as part of his tour of the swing state of Pennsylvania.
“You should be able to feel safe walking around America’s cities,” Musk stated, saying that his mom who lives in New York, has had three of her friends assaulted on the street this year. “And it’s getting worse.”
“This is not the future we want,” Musk continued. “And if we get four more years of [Harris], I mean, we are going to be fully ‘Mad Max.’ It’s nice to watch a ‘Mad Max’ movie, but we don’t want to be in the ‘Mad Max’ movie.”
Musk also addressed concerns related to the border crisis during his event.
“If there’s four more years of sort of the Kamala sort of puppet regime, they’re actually going to legalize so many illegals in the swing states that there won’t be swing states anymore,” he said.
Donning a gold Make America Great Again hat, Musk also urged votes to show up in support of Trump to make the margin large enough to beat any concerns related to election integrity.
“We need a very big margin of victory. If the margin of is big enough, then it is as they say, it’s going to ‘beat the cheat,’” he stated.
Musk has become an outspoken supporter of Trump since the first assassination attempt against the 45th president on July 13. RSBN recently reported that Musk has donated $75 million to America PAC, a super PAC that has funded Trump’s campaign and helped other GOP candidates during the 2024 election cycle.
Musk commented on the news in an X post on Wednesday. He wrote, “The @America PAC is just aiming for common sense, centrist values.”
According to Business Insider, the funds were donated between July 1 and Sept. 30. The America PAC itself contributed just under $96 million to Trump. In addition, it has given over $10 million to support Republican House candidates in 18 different districts.
Musk accompanied Trump to Pennsylvania on Tuesday and vowed to tour the state to speak with voters in the area until Monday.
