Former business partner of Hunter Biden, Tony Bobulinksi, gave a powerful opening statement at the House Oversight Committee impeachment hearing.
The House Oversight Committee held a public hearing after months of Hunter Biden requesting it. However, according to RSBN, Hunter Biden declined the invite to attend the hearing. ABC News reported that two former Biden business associates, Tony Bobulinski and Jason Galanis, took to the witness stand at the hearing, and Bobulinski gave a powerful opening statement.
In his statement, Bobulinski started by saying, “I sit here today under oath for one reason and one reason only: the American people deserve to hear the truth.” Bobulinksi sets the tone for a hearing that will explore the Biden family’s lies by warning the listeners in the hearing. He warns, “Though the truth involving the deep corruption of the Biden family. Including the maleficence of the sitting president of the United States, which might be raw and unpleasant. The American people must hear it.”
The hearing is the latest in the probe into Joe Biden’s inference with son Hunter Biden’s business and abusing his power as president for the family’s business. Bobulinksi explained, “You are presented with two narratives in this investigation: A false one being pushed by Joe Biden, a serial liar and fabulist now under this impeachment investigation for public corruption” and the second narrative, “Hunter Biden, a chronic drug addict facing two indictments with twelve counts.”
During his statement, Bobulinksi also accused Hunter Biden and his uncle Jim Biden of lying under oath about the nature of their business dealings with Chinese conglomerate CEFC. Bobulinksi also confirmed what Oversight Committee Chairman Rep. James Comer, R-Ky., has been trying to prove.
Bobulinski told the committee, “It is clear to me that Joe Biden was ‘the Brand’ being sold by the Biden family.” He added, “His family’s foreign influence peddling operation – from China to Ukraine and elsewhere – sold out to foreign actors who were seeking to gain influence and access to Joe Biden and the United States government.”
In closing, Bobulinski addresses Hunter Biden’s noticeable absence from the hearing, saying, “It is no surprise that he is a no-show today, running like a coward from this opportunity to answer simple questions in public.”
