Billionaire SpaceX and X owner Elon Musk predicted on Monday that Vice President Kamala Harris will experience a “crushing defeat” to President Donald Trump.
Musk shared the bold words in a post to his X profile that included a post from YouTuber Steven Mark Ryan.
“Last election, I didn’t know a single independent/swing voter who was voting for Trump. This time, I don’t know anyone who isn’t,” Musk wrote.
“And one person after another has confided in me that they’re voting for Trump, but they’re afraid to say so publicly, because it will affect their friends/job/customers. Crushing defeat is coming for the oppressive. big government machine represented by the Kamala puppet,” he continued.
Ryan’s cited post included four steps that point to a Trump victory on Election Day:
1. You know 0 people who voted Trump in 2016/2020 who are voting Kamala in 2024.
2. You know 1+ people who voted Hillary/Biden in 2016/2020 who are voting Trump in 2024.
3. People are SO fed up, record turnout is inevitable.
4. DO THE MATH.
Musk’s support has also included strong financial contributions. The world’s richest man has donated at least $132 million to support Trump and other Republicans in 2024, according to Bloomberg News.
The prediction also came as Musk made a surprise appearance on Joe Rogan’s podcast, released on Monday evening.
Rogan also endorsed Trump following the broadcast in an election-eve surprise contrasting the broadcaster’s past comments.
“The great and powerful @elonmusk. If it wasn’t for him we’d be f—ked. He makes what I think is the most compelling case for Trump you’ll hear, and I agree with him every step of the way. For the record, yes, that’s an endorsement of Trump. Enjoy the podcast,” Rogan wrote.
Trump thanks Rogan for the endorsement during his Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, rally on Monday night.
“Thank you, Joe. That’s so nice. And he doesn’t do that. He doesn’t do that stuff. And he tends to be a little bit more liberal than some of the people in this room,” Trump said. “I had a lot of fun, he was amazing and it was a 3-hour interview.”
“He’s not a person that does endorsements but he just did an endorsement so I just want to thank Joe Rogan that’s fantastic,” he added.
