Only 28 percent of likely U.S. voters believe Joe Biden will win the 2024 election, according to a recent poll conducted by Rasmussen, which gauged the expected outcome of the November 2024 election among 1,000 U.S. voters.
Even more troubling for Democrats, 38 percent of voters believe Biden would lose election to the 2024 GOP presidential nominee.
Another 21 percent believe Biden will resign the office before the 2024 election, as Biden is already 79 years old and will be an unprecedented 81 years old in 2024.
Biden’s most likely opponent in 2024 would, of course, be President Donald Trump, who currently maintains a massive 58 percent advantage over potential GOP primary challengers
Discontent has arisen among Democrat voters due to Biden’s failure in the first year of his presidency, amid sagging disapproval ratings, inability to deliver on key campaign promises, and disastrous handling of key national issues.
Recent polling has indicated Trump leads Biden in key swing states, including even traditionally Democrat-leaning states, like New Hampshire.
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, a Trump-like figure with wild popularity among conservatives, has consistently polled as a distant second in the primary campaign.
