President Trump will visit California this week, where he will appeal to donors amid his 2024 bid to reclaim the White House. He will likely raise millions of dollars in donations to add to his already formidable campaign war chest.
As reported by RSBN, Trump will visit San Francisco and attend a fundraiser organized by David Sacks, where tickets per couple were reportedly as high as $500,000 each. The fundraiser has been the brainchild of Ohio Sen. J.D. Vance (R), who is reportedly good friends with San Francisco tech billionaire Peter Thiel.
Per Politico, President Donald Trump will also swing by fundraisers in Newport Beach and Beverly Hills, where he will likely scoop up big-ticket donations from deep-pocket donors. This could prove that California can indeed be valuable to Republican candidates despite its reputation as a Democrat stronghold.
Trump is tentatively scheduled to start the fundraising tour in San Francisco on Thursday, June 6, and then hit the Beverly Hills fundraiser on Friday, June 7, followed by a Newport Beach event hosted by Palmer Luckey on Saturday, June 8, via VC Star.
Heading into his California fundraising tour, Trump’s campaign announced on Monday night that, along with the Republican National Committee, $141 million was raised in May 2024.
Trump’s campaign also raked in over $53 million online in just 24 hours following the shocking guilty verdict in NYC for the president in the so-called “hush money” trial.
The campaign explained, “Additionally, organizations supporting President Trump raised another $150 million in May. Taken together, the Campaign, and other Trump supporting organizations, raised almost $300 million during the month of May alone, ALSO A RECORD!”
RNC Chairman Michael Whatley stated, “Unfortunately for Democrats, their rigged political operation has backfired in a historic way, and Republicans are in a stronger position than ever to FIRE Crooked Joe Biden and Make America Great Again by electing President Trump on November 5.”
