After President Donald Trump was arraigned again, per RSBN, radio personality Mark Levin went nuclear on the indictment.

He said, “This indictment, Mr. Barr, is crap!” referring to former Attorney General William Barr.

According to the New York Post, Barr — who served in the Trump administration — said, “I don’t see a problem with the indictment,” and that “it’s not an abuse” of power by the Biden administration.

But the latest charges are being questioned even more so than the previous ones because they claim that President Trump committed “conspiracy” and “obstruction” of the election process, per RSBN.

Mark Levin pointed out, “The reason they didn’t bring insurrection and seditious conspiracy is because there was no insurrection and seditious conspiracy.”

He called out former Vice President Mike Pence for being “quite the weasel” and asked, “What are the rules now?”

“When can a candidate rely on legal advice?” he continued.

Levin noted the importance of allowing individuals to question suspicions of election fraud. “Is a president not free to publicly dispute election results without being indicted?”

He then focused on the special counsel pursuing the case, Jack Smith, and stated, “This guy Jack Smith has now destroyed our electoral system.”

Levin called Jack Smith a “mob boss” and noted that the investigations against President Trump are not “independent operations.”

Then he worked to point out the special interests in this situation, stating, “All they did is they took the worst actors under the Obama/Biden/Holder administration. They set them apart; called them special counsel.”

He described a biased system in Washington and concluded that Jack Smith and the Biden administration sought whatever charges they could bring against their main opponent in the 2024 presidential race.

“He could indict Trump for drinking too much orange juice,” Levin railed against the charges.

The fact that President Trump offered to add security on Jan. 6, 2021, was also mentioned. Levin asked, “How can you run an insurrection when you’re offering 10,000 Army troops to encircle the Capitol and protect it?”

He noted that no evidence has been found linking Trump to the Jan. 6 issues and said, “He left office when he was supposed to.”
