Time and time again, Ohio senator and vice-presidential candidate JD Vance has demonstrated that he will not accept the gross mischaracterization of him and the policies he stands for.

During three separate media interviews on Sunday, Vance again made clear that their narratives would not fly so long as he had a say in the matter.

During an appearance on CNN, Vance responded to the host after she insinuated his and President Trump’s rhetoric regarding the Haitian migrant crisis in Springfield, Ohio, led to bomb threats against local hospitals.

Vance remarked, “I want to start with something you said, which I think is frankly disgusting, and is more appropriate for a Democratic propagandist than it is for an American journalist. There is nothing that I have said that has led to threats against these hospitals. These hospitals, the bomb threats and so forth, it’s disgusting. The violence is disgusting, we condemn it. We condemn all violence and threats of violence.

The host pushed back and claimed that the threats only happened after President Trump brought up the situation during the presidential debate.

Vance cut in and told the host, “What we have said is that this town has suffered terribly under the policies of Kamala Harris. Now, you just accused me of inciting violence against the community when all that I’ve done is surface the complaints of my constituents, people who are suffering because of Kamala Harris’s policies. Are we not allowed to talk about these problems because some psychopaths are threatening violence? We can condemn the violence on the one hand, but also talk about the terrible consequences of Kamala Harris’s open border on the other hand.

In another portion of the interview, Vance scolded the host for giving “multiple-choice questions” to Harris and Walz during their interview, yet she would not even allow him to respond to anything without interruptions.

In another interview on MSNBC’s Meet the Press, he told the interviewer, “First of all, I have heard firsthand from multiple constituents. People who made 911 calls a month ago, a year ago, who are making these complaints. I trust my constituents more than I do the American media that has shown no interest in what’s happened in Springfield until we started sharing cat memes on the internet, which is disgraceful that the American media ignored this town, and that’s the most important part.”

In another instance, after a CBS host asked Vance what he had done to help Ohio’s governor address the state’s migrant crisis, he made clear that he has fought against Harris’s radical border policies since being elected to the Senate.

He highlighted the Biden-Harris administration’s policy that granted temporary protection for the Haitian migrants who should not have been allowed into the United States at all.

Vance issued a stark warning to viewers about Harris’s plans if she wins the election. “This is what Kamala Harris wants to do to every town in this country. Overwhelm them with migration, stress their municipal budgets, see communicable diseases on the rise. What is happening in Springfield is coming to every town and city in this country if Kamala Harris’s open border policies are allowed to continue. We have got to stop this. American citizens are suffering because of what she’s done.”

Donald Trump Jr. posted a full compilation of Vance’s Sunday morning interviews with the caption, “An amazing compilation of JD Vance DESTROYING three different leftist Sunday shows hosts today. There is no one better at embarrassing the Fake News. Watch the entire thing and you’ll see what I’m talking about.”
