Powerful Democrat fundraiser John Morgan has predicted that the Democrat Party is “prepared to lose” in November against Donald Trump, noting that the race between the 45th president and Joe Biden is “uncomfortably close.”

According to Breitbart, Morgan told the Washington Post, “As my great-grandfather used to say, ‘I’m as nervous as a cat in a room full of rocking chairs.’ Yes, hell yes. We all know this is a jump ball,” he said.

With the November general election just seven months away, Trump is in perhaps the most powerful position he has ever been in this third bid to claim the White House. He netted his Republican nomination early in the game and swiftly demolished any Republican competition after the first key races kicked off.

Trump himself has also solidified control over the Republican National Committee, as his endorsed candidates have taken leadership roles there: Michael Whatley as chairman, Lara Trump as co-chair, and Trump advisor and tough-as-nails former Marine Chris LaCivita as Chief of Staff.

And, despite Democrats’ track record of out-fundraising Republicans by millions, the RNC and Trump are already sinking their teeth into a no-holds-barred grassroots campaign this year in what is perhaps their most mission-focused and efficient bid for the White House yet.

As reported by RSBN, Trump is on track to blast Biden’s fundraising record haul out of the water this upcoming weekend at a Palm Beach event, which is expected to bring in around $43 million.

What’s more, the newly revamped RNC is also heavily focusing on securing election integrity in the 2024 election, which could effectively level the electoral playing field on the heels of the chaotic 2020 presidential election.

These changes, coupled with Trump’s rising popularity amid the Biden DOJ’s prosecution of the 45th president, seem to give Democrats like John Morgan a very good reason to be nervous, indeed.
