President Trump returned home to Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida, over the weekend, where he received a hero’s welcome from supporters lined along the road, flying massive flags and greeting him with cheers of support.

The president could be seen in video footage captured by Senior Advisor Dan Scavino waving through the window of the Chevy Tahoe in his motorcade, greeting supporters with enthusiasm.

President Trump’s return to his sprawling estate by the sea comes just days after he was convicted by a New York jury on 34 counts related to the alleged falsification of business records.

On Friday, Trump vowed to appeal the verdict during a press conference held in Trump Tower.

He said, “We’re going to be appealing this scam. We’re going to be appealing it on many different things. He wouldn’t allow us to have witnesses, he wouldn’t allow us to talk, he wouldn’t allow us to do anything. The judge was a tyrant.”

Trump told reporters that he would continue to fight amidst a rapidly approaching November general election.

“We will continue the fight, we’re going to make America great again, very simply,” he stated.

The intensity of the verdict has rocked the nation and stirred up incredible support for the 45th president’s 2024 reelection campaign. The support for Trump upon his arrival in Palm Beach is just a small taste of nationwide demonstrations that have peacefully sprung up to show solidarity with the president’s legal battle.

In Huntington Beach, California, for example, Trump supporters rallied near the beach over the weekend, sporting Trump flags, American flags, and yellow “Don’t Tread On Me” flags.

On Saturday night, Trump attended UFC 302, where he sat ringside with Dana White. The president was greeted by huge cheers and applause from the audience, who occasionally burst into chants of “USA! USA! USA!”
