Due to Biden’s obvious mental decline broadcasted for all of America to witness during the first presidential debate, Rep. Chip Roy, R-Texas, publicly expressed his suggestion for Kamala Harris to invoke the 25th Amendment as he is “unable to carry out his duties as Commander-in-Chief.”
Rep. Roy stated, “I put forth a resolution calling upon the Vice President to immediately use her powers under section 4 of the 25th Amendment to convene and mobilize the principal officers of the Cabinet to declare the President of the United States is unable to successfully discharge the duties and powers of his office.”
The U.S. Constitution allows the vice president, with the majority of both the House and Senate, to remove the president from office. Therefore, invoking the 25th Amendment means the transfer of presidential power will go to the vice president.
Biden showcased instances of stumbling over his words while staring into space throughout the debate. In addition, with his recent behavior, he has shown memory lapses, which argues that he cannot effectively lead as President in making decisions. This is the same man who holds the nuclear codes, which is alarming as the Democrats continue to support Biden as the nominee. This is turning into elder abuse, as Biden is led off the debate stage with Jill holding his hand.
Meanwhile, the mainstream media and the Democrats continue to gaslight Americans into believing Biden is doing a great job.
Biden’s cognitive decline shows that his incompetency is now a national security issue that cannot be taken lightly as war and civil unrest continue to break out without a strong leader encompassing strength through democracy and freedom like President Trump. However, top Democratic advisors are now pointing to Biden to step down, with his mental decline as a legitimate issue.
Rep. Roy, various Republican lawmakers, and top Democrat advisors are now on the same page, sparking dialogue deeming Biden as unfit. The next couple of months will be interesting in this ongoing discussion of what the Democrats will do with their ongoing Biden problem.
