Speaking to Republicans during the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) dinner in Tampa, Fla. this week, President Donald Trump slammed the 13 U.S. House Republicans who supported Joe Biden’s $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill.
Trump criticized the 13 “RINO” (Republican in Name Only) House members for supporting the bill before attacking the liberal piece of legislation, describing its maliciousness.
“Never before has a political majority in Congress shown such contempt for the citizens they serve,” said Trump. “The bill includes mass amnesty for millions of illegal aliens. In addition, the bill is economic suicide for our manufacturing base, shipping all our jobs to China by massively boosting taxes on manufacturers and punishing our businesses that bring jobs back to America. It includes a global minimum tax that makes it impossible for us to outcompete other countries.”
Trump bashed the 13 U.S. House Republicans who helped push through Joe Biden’s massive $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill during his speech.
One of those, Rep. Nicole Malliotakis, R-N.Y., was in the audience while Trump criticized her the other 12 GOP House members.
“I say it with a heavy heart: no ‘thank you’ goes to those in the House and Senate who voted for the Democrats’ non-infrastructure bill,” Trump told the audience. “You gave Biden a victory as his poll numbers were falling off a cliff.”
In August, Trump warned those that supported Biden’s infrastructure bill that he would not endorse their re-elections.
Trump continued, “And the bill is also loaded with toxic Critical Race Theory provisions—they use a different term, ‘equity,’ but its the same Marxist ideology, and they want to spend billions of dollars imposing it everywhere.”
“This bill will make America weak, poor, divided, and unsafe. We have to get out there every single day and fight it—and the more we fight it, the more seats we will win in 2022. So until that vote, there is only one goal: we must kill the bill, which will set the stage for a political earth quake next year,” said Trump.
“The bill will reduce the incomes of 80 percent of Americans, cost an estimated $4.5 trillion, and fuel more inflation. The new and ridiculously large Democrat bill gives illegals welfare and government benefits, and child free tax credits,” Trump stated. “It eliminates caps on Green Cards, allows unlimited chain migration, and grants unlimited numbers of foreign nationals the ability to purchase permanent U.S. residency for just $2,500.”
Trump stated that the bill would allow big tech giants to “replace qualified American workers with cheap foreign workers,” and issue visas to immigrants that were already rejected under his travel ban. He called the legislation “the most pro-China bill ever put forward,” predicting that it would hurt retirees and middle-class Americans with new taxes on pensions and their retirement accounts.
According to the bill, banks will be required to report all transactions exceeding $600 and accounts with over $600 in them to the Internal Revenue Service. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., who is worth more than $114 million, confirmed that the provision to investigate all Americans’ bank accounts is to prevent them from committing crimes.
“[The bill] includes $80 billion to double the size of the IRS, with 87,000 new IRS agents to attack you and your family. In the midst of an energy and inflation crisis, the bill raises taxes on American energy,” Trump said regarding the provision.
Trump added that the bill subsidizes abortion with taxpayer dollars, and spends billions of dollars on racial discrimination.
