President Trump took the Biden administration to task on Monday at a campaign event in Derry, New Hampshire, where he arrived to speak to an electrified crowd hot on the heels of filing to put his name on the primary ballot at the New Hampshire State House.
Trump vowed to use a powerful weapon to establish American dominance and kick the country’s dependence on Iranian oil to the curb: “WE WILL DRILL BABY DRILL!” he declared.
The crowd applauded loudly.
President Trump also slammed Joe Biden for lifting the Trump-era sanctions on Iran. He stated that he believed Iran now has nearly “$100 billion” that it could use to finance terror.
The president continued, “The minute I’m back in the White House, not only will I impose the most crippling sanctions in history, we will also unleash our most powerful economic weapon: We will DRILL BABY DRILL!”
Trump powerfully accused Biden of making Iran rich and making America “poor,” scorching the money being sent to Iran as a tributary of support for radical Islamic extremist groups like Hamas and Hezbollah.
The crowd was extremely supportive of the president’s comments, erupting into chants of “TRUMP!” during his remarks.
He remarked, “There’s more spirit now than I ever saw in 2020 or 2016.”
Circling back to his comments on Iran, Trump concluded, “I will shut down IRANIAN energy and I will unlock AMERICAN energy, and we will once again make the Iranian dictatorship VERY POOR and the American people VERY RICH.
