President Donald Trump pulled in the crowds on Sunday in a final campaign push in the Hawkeye State, where supporters showed up big despite harrowingly freezing temperatures to lend their spirit and positivity to the 45th president’s bid to reclaim the White House.
The famous Iowa caucuses will take place on Monday, Jan. 15, and while difficult weather conditions caused schedule changes in what would have been a lineup of four back-to-back Iowa Trump rallies and speeches, MAGA enthusiasm was undeterred.
The president flew into Des Moines, Iowa, on Saturday night, where he held a special town hall with the Iowa State Attorney General and answered questions from Iowa voters.
On Sunday, he delivered a final Iowa Commit to Caucus Rally in Indianola, speaking to an overflowing venue of eager caucus-goers who are bursting to show up and caucus for Trump on Monday evening.
As reported by RSBN, the temperature during the day in Iowa was -9 degrees, with wind chill predicted at -45 degrees. Despite it all, supporters lined up early in the morning to see President Trump, and the final Des Moines Register caucus poll indicated that the 45th president is in a powerful position to sweep to victory on Monday night by double digits.
In fact, Interactive Polls reported that Trump’s lead in their survey was the biggest in the outlet’s history (28 points up).
