On Monday morning, President Trump retruthed his recent endorsement of two candidates running to represent Florida’s 1st and 6th Congressional Districts in the upcoming special election.

Randy Fine, whom the 47th president referred to as an “America First Patriot,” is running to represent the 6th Congressional District in Congress.

“A highly successful, Harvard educated businessman, and greatly respected State Legislator, Randy has been a tremendous Voice for MAGA,” Trump wrote. “In Congress, Randy will be an incredible fighter, who will work tirelessly with me to Strengthen our Economy, Lower Taxes, Secure the Border, Champion our Military/Vets, Ensure American Energy DOMINANCE, Protect our always under siege Second Amendment, and Advance PEACE THROUGH STRENGTH.”

Trump shared a link to the Republican National Committee’s (RNC) Swamp the Vote website and concluded, “Randy Fine has my Complete and Total Endorsement! Election Day is this Tuesday, April 1st. GET OUT AND VOTE FOR RANDY – HE WILL NOT LET YOU DOWN!”

His second retruth was for Jimmy Patronis, the candidate running for the state’s 1st Congressional District. Patronis is the state’s Chief Financial Officer and Fire Marshall.

“A Fourth generation Floridian from the beautiful Panhandle, and owner of an iconic seafood restaurant, Jimmy has been a wonderful friend to me, and to MAGA,” Trump wrote.

“As your next Congressman, Jimmy will fight hard alongside of me to Grow our Economy, Cut Taxes, Secure our Border, Stop Migrant Crime, Strengthen our Brave Military/Vets, Restore American Energy DOMINANCE, and Defend our always under siege Second Amendment,” he added.

Rep. Byron Donalds, who is running for governor in Florida and is endorsed by Trump, emphasized the importance of Republican turnout during a Fox News Sunday interview.

He described the Democrats’ motivation after taking “a shellacking last November,” but stressed that Republicans will have no trouble winning if they vote.

“As long as Republican voters get to the polls and vote, they’re gonna be just fine,” Donalds said. He noted that recent voting reports showed a surge of Republican votes in the 6th Congressional District.

He also reminded Wisconsin Republicans to turn out on Tuesday for the highly contentious and controversial state Supreme Court race.
