President Donald Trump responded to former Special Counsel Robert Hur’s House testimony regarding the Joe Biden classified documents case.

He posted to Truth Social, stating, “The Hur Report was revealed today! A disaster for Biden, a two tiered standard of justice.”

“Artificial Intelligence was used by them against me in their videos of me. Can’t do that Joe!” President Trump added, noting the reel that Rep. Jerry Nadler, D-N.Y., played attempting to compare Biden to Trump, per Forbes.

President Trump’s claims that the reel was manipulated have yet to be investigated, but AI-generated deepfakes have been weaponized against him in the past.

Last summer, the DeSantis War Room released an attack ad against President Trump that contained AI manipulated images, per Newsweek. Before that, in May of 2023, PBS reported that AI-generated images of President Trump being arrested were circulated online.

Concerns regarding deepfakes have been expressed for years now, but what Nadler failed to address during Hur’s testimony were the obvious disparities between how the DOJ approached Biden’s classified documents case and President Trump’s.

Although Hur said his investigation did not exonerate Biden, but he will not be charged.

Meanwhile, President Trump is still battling his case despite multiple flaws being noted throughout the course of the legal process, via The Federalist.
